宁夏亘元万豪大厦超限高层基础优化设计论述

(北京三磊建筑设计有限公司, 北京 100048)[摘要]超高层建筑基础所占的工程造价相对较高,如何选择合理的地基基础方案显得尤为重要,结合宁夏第一高楼亘元万豪大厦地基基础优化设计,基于主楼的荷载特点,对基桩桩型、基桩桩径、基桩桩长、基桩竖向承载力进行多方案比较,并以场外试桩结果和工程桩的检测结果对理论计算进行校正,作出合理的基桩设计施工图。[关键词]地基基础; 后压浆灌注桩; 桩径; 桩长; 竖向承载力; 试桩中图分类号:TU973+.35文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2013)22-0068-05Foundation optimization design of the super tall building of Ningxia Genyuan Marriott BuildingCui Shimin(Sunlay Design Group, Beijing 100048, China)Abstract: The cost of foundations of super tall buildings is relatively high, which makes it important to choose a reasonable foundation scheme. According to the load characteristics of the main building in foundation optimization design of Genyuan Marriott Building (the tallest building in Ningxia), pile type, pile diameter, pile length and pile vertical bearing capacity of different schemes were compared.
