无锡茂业城主塔楼两种结构体系技术经济比较

[摘要]无锡茂业城主塔楼地下2层,地上69层,大屋面结构高度291.6m,建筑高度304.1m。分别采用钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构体系和混合框架-核心筒结构体系,对两种结构体系进行技术经济对比分析。对比结果显示按市场价采用混合结构体系时结构工程造价增加351/m2,仅占结构工程总造价的16.7%,但底层可增加有效使用面积21.0m2,占建筑面积的1.05%,且可以提高结构施工进度,减少5个月工期。综合而言,采用混合结构体系方案具有一定优势。

Technical and economic comparison of two structural systems of the maintower of Maoye City in Wuxi

Abstract: The main tower of Maoye City in Wuxi has two levels of basement and 69 stories above ground. The structural height is 291.6m and the building height is 304.1 m. Two structural systems of RC frame-core wall and hybrid frame-core wall are compared technically and economically. Results show that hybrid frame-core wall structural system costs more of 351 yuan/m2(accounting for only 16.7% of the total cost of the structure) and can increase effective use area of 21.0m2 on ground floor (accounting for 1.05% of the construction area). Moreover, the hybrid frame-core wall structural system can save construction duration of five months. Overall, the hybrid frame-core wall structural system has comparative advantage.
