冷弯薄壁方钢管梁柱新型节点有限元分析*

[摘要]从分散焊缝的角度出发,提出一种新型冷弯薄壁钢管结构梁柱焊接方式。在已有试验基础上,通过有限元分析,研究了该节点极限承载能力、耗能能力及节点域的应力分布状态。结果表明:有限元结果与试验结果比较吻合,平均误差约为4.82%;轴压比对该节点的极限承载能力影响较小,但对延性及耗能能力影响大;C形钢梁下翼缘处于较高的三向复杂应力状态,在往复荷载作用下容易首先发生破坏,在设计时需引起注意;节点的破坏模式为C形钢梁平面外鼓曲、C形钢梁下翼缘焊接处开裂,节点域形成明显的塑性区域,属于延性破坏。

Finite element analysis of the new beam-column node with cold-formed thin-walled square steel tubes

Abstract: From the point of scattered weld, a new type of welding method for beam-column node with cold-formed thin-walled square steel tubes was put forward. Combined with existing experiments and finite element analysis, ultimate bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity and stress distribution in the node-panels were investigated. Results show that finite element analysis results and experimental results are consistent with average error of about 4.82%. Axial compression ratio has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity, while has great effect on ductility and energy dissipation capacity. Bottom flange of C-shaped steel beam is in higher triple complex stress state and is easy to fail firstly in the structure under the repeated loadings. The failure mode of node is drum bending of C-shaped steel beam out-of-plane and cracking of bottom flange of C-shaped steel beam, the node region forms obvious plastic areas and the failure of it belongs to the ductile fracture.
