冷弯薄壁方钢管混凝土梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究*

(西南科技大学土木工程与建筑学院, 绵阳 621010)[摘要]冷弯薄壁型钢结构房屋中杆件壁板较薄,梁柱节点连接区域常发生柱板件被拉裂现象。向薄壁柱内灌入低强度混凝土,可有效提高梁柱节点抵抗外荷载的能力。开展4种类型共8个节点在不同轴压比下的低周往复加载试验,探讨节点抗震性能。结果表明:普通空钢管柱焊接节点破坏前所经历的循环次数较少,节点域部位焊缝及焊缝附近板件发生断裂;加腋节点极限承载力比普通焊接节点提高很多,耗能能力较强,破坏时加腋端梁截面局部屈曲,其承载力比螺栓贯穿式节点承载力高;钢管混凝土柱直接焊接节点在一定程度上抑制了节点域柱板件断裂,螺栓贯穿式节点梁端板件发生断裂和梁与端板连接的焊缝也被拉裂;轴压比对空钢管柱节点的抗震性能影响较大,但对钢管混凝土柱节点影响较小。[关键词]冷弯薄壁方钢管梁柱节点; 往复加载; 抗震性能; 破坏模式中图分类号:TU398+.9 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)22-0001-04Experimental research on seismic behavior of beam-column nodes with concrete filled cold-formed thin-walled square steel tubesYao Yong, Chu Yunpeng, Zhang Zhaoqiang, Deng Yongjun(College of Civil Engineering, Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang 621010, China)Abstract: Due to the thin wall of cold-formed thin-walled square steel tube structure, it often suffers from cracking failure in beam-column node regions. With low-strength concrete in the thin-walled column, the ability to resist external loads of the beam-column nodes can be improved effectively. To explore the seismic behavior of the nodes, low cyclic loading test was carried out of four types(8 nodes) with different axial compression ratio. Results show that the ordinary hollow steel tub column welded nodes experience less loading cycles before failed, while welds in the nodes and the plates near them are fractured. The ultimate bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the haunched beam-column nodes are larger than those of the ordinary welded node. Beam section near the end of haunched plate is local buckling at failure, the bearing capacity is larger than that of the node with bolts. To a certain degree, the concrete filled cold-formed tube column welded node can inhibit the fracture of column members in node regions, plates fracture and welds fracture between the beam and the end plate in the node with bolts.
