香苑西园基坑支护设计

[摘要]通过对香苑西园基坑工程的支护设计、施工、监测总结,得出以下结论:在软土地区,当周边环境较为宽松时,5.7m深基坑采用搅拌桩重力式挡土墙,边缘近8m处采用双排桩;11m深基坑不设内支撑,采用旋喷锚杆支护是可行的,设计时锚杆的扩大头应进入较好土层;工程的实测位移与计算基本吻合,如锚杆施工与挖土配合不好、基坑暴露时间长、不按照设计要求放坡则会加大基坑位移;非常规的深浅坑间围护应采用有限元方法进行分析。

Foundation pit supporting design of Sweet Garden Western project

Abstract: Foundation pit supporting design of Sweet Garden Western project was introduced as well as its construction and monitoring. Following conclusions were drawn. If it’s convenient, gravity cement-soil wall is applied in 5.7 meters depth foundation pit in soft soil areas, while double-row-piles wall is set in nearly 8 meters deep foundation pit. Supporting is not necessary in 11 meters deep foundation pit while the rotary spray anchor is feasible and the enlargement of anchor head should thrust into hard soil. Measured displacements are consistent with calculated ones. Foundation pit displacements increase if anchor construction cooperate badly with earth excavation, with long exposure time and improper slope construction. Finite element method analysis should be applied in unconventional supporting between deep and shallow pits.
