锲形劈裂法测定聚合物混凝土粘结强度

(总参工程兵科研三所, 洛阳 471023)[摘要]防护工程的加固改造和快速抢修对混凝土材料的早期抗压强度和粘结强度要求较高。为此,在普通混凝土配合比的基础上,掺加不同掺量丙烯酸酯共聚乳液(NYS)聚合物,通过调整水灰比,得到早期抗压强度高的NYS聚合物混凝土的配合比;采用锲形劈裂拉伸试验装置,对NYS聚合物混凝土与普通混凝土进行粘结性能试验,得到NYS聚合物混凝土粘结强度。结果表明:NYS聚合物混凝土早期抗压强度和粘结强度均高于普通混凝土,NYS聚合物混凝土可以用于防护工程的快速加固和抢修。[关键词]楔形劈裂法; NYS; 聚合物混凝土; 配合比; 粘结性能中图分类号:TU755文献标识码:A文章编号:1002-848X(2013)21-0063-03Bond strength of NYS polymer modified concrete measured by wedge splitting methodGuo Xiaohui, Zhang Xinle, Cao Hai, Feng Jinji(The Third Engineer Scientific Research Institute of the Headquarters of the General Staff, Luoyang 471023, China)Abstract: Reinforcement, rebuild and rapid repair of protective projects need high early compressive strength concrete and high bond strength concrete. Different amount of NYS was mixed into normal concrete mixture through changing ratio of water and cement to obtain the NYS polymer modified concrete mixture with high early compressive strength. Bond strength of NYS polymer modified concrete and normal concrete was carried out by wedge splitting stretched device to achieve the bond strength of NYS polymer modified concrete. Results indicate that early compressive strength and bond strength of NYS polymer modified concrete are higher than those of normal concrete.
