碳纤维布加固木柱轴压性能试验研究

摘 要

[提要]采用CFRP布作为加固材料,对8根木柱进行了轴心抗压试验,分析了木柱加固前后的力学性能,包括木柱的破坏形态、木柱和碳纤维布的荷载-应变关系以及加固柱极限承载力提高情况,并分析了加固柱极限承载力的影响因素。由试验结果可以看出,木柱的破坏形态多样,最容易在有缺陷的部位发生局部破坏;经碳纤维布环箍约束后,木柱抗压强度有明显的提高,提高幅度约在10%~20%之间;木材自身强度、木柱的缺陷、受力方式、碳纤维布间距及碳纤维布层数对加固柱极限承载力均有影响。

Abstract:Eight timber columns strengthened with CFRP sheets with various enwrapping forms are studied under axial compression.The mechanical properties of unreinforced and reinforced columns are analyzed such as failure modes,loadstrain relationships of timber columns and CFRP sheets,the bearing capacity and its influences of strengthened columns.The results indicate that the failure modes are various and local failure is often occurred at the position with flaws.The compression strength of strengthened timber columns is higher than that of unreinforced columns with an amplitude of 10%~20%.Such factors as the compression strength of timber,flaws of timber columns,stress modes,enwrapping forms of CFRP sheets are influenced the bearing capacity of strengthened columns.
