碧罗雪山大酒店结构设计

[摘要]碧罗雪山大酒店高99.28m,结构体系为框架-支撑结构。建筑物在23层分为东、西两塔,26层双塔连体,为复杂高层建筑。通过优化结构和构件布置,合理选用耗能构件和轻质建材,对关键部位和薄弱环节采用抗震性能化设计并采取针对性的加强措施,减小了结构地震作用效应,提高了结构的延性和耗能能力,实现了“大震不倒”的抗震设防要求。

Structural design of Biluo Snow-capped Mountains Hotel

Abstract: Biluo Snow-capped Mountains Hotel adopts braced-frame structural system with height of 99.28m. The building is divided into two towers of East and West in 23rd story, and two towers merge in 26th story, and it is a complex high-rise building. Structural seismic effects are reduced and ductility is improved as well as energy dissipation capacity to fulfill the requirements of “not collapse under rare earthquake” according to the following measures, such as optimization of the structure and component arrangements, reasonable selection of energy dissipation components and light building materials, and adoption of performance based seismic design in key and weak parts with targeting strengthened measures.
