宿迁市苏商大厦超限高层结构设计

[摘要]宿迁市苏商大厦为不规则的超限高层建筑,位于8度区。针对高烈度区的特点,首先通过减震结构与原结构的对比分析确定主体结构的附加阻尼比;其次详细介绍了主体结构的设计要点,包括结构体系、结构计算原则、主要计算结果及超限设计的抗震措施等;最后对照抗震性能目标要求,重点验算了与阻尼墙相连的构件及斜撑等关键构件。计算结果表明:采用减震设计后,主体结构整体抗震性能较好,能满足现行规范的要求,关键构件能满足大震弹性的性能目标。

Structural design of code-exceeding tall building of Sushang Building in Suqian

Abstract: Sushang Building in Suqian is an irregular code-exceeding tall building, located in 8 seismic-intensity region. According to the characteristics of high seismic-intensity region, firstly, a comparative analysis between the energy-dissipated structure and the original structure was performed to determine the additional damping ratio. Secondly, the key points of the main structure design were described, including the structural system, structure calculation principle, main results, measures of seismic design for code-exceeding structures, etc.. In the end, the key components connecting with the damping wall, the knee brace, etc. were all checked specifically to achieve the performance target. The calculation results show that the main structure can meet all the design codes with great seismic performance and all the key components can be elastic at the rare earthquake level by using the energy-dissipated design method.
