苏州太平车辆段停车列检库上盖物业开发复杂高层结构设计

(苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]介绍了在苏州太平车辆段上部进行上盖物业开发的复杂高层结构的建筑特点、结构特点及设计要点,包括超大层高差结构的设计、超限高层结构设计及分析、基于ANSYS实体单元的箱式转换结构设计,以及考虑混凝土徐变和盖上开发滞后可能性的沉降控制设计等。说明带箱式转换的巨型框支柱-剪力墙结构体系是适合上盖开发的一种结构体系。综合考虑基础沉降和上部结构混凝土徐变随时间推移的变化规律的结构设计可用于高层建筑大底盘不允许留设沉降后浇带的情况。[关键词]上盖开发; 超限; 超大层高差; 箱式转换中图分类号:TU318.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0089-07Structural design of complex high-rise building above Suzhou Taiping depotZhao Hongkang, Zhang Min, Lu Chunhua, Xu Wenxi, Yang Yukun(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: A complex high-rise structure of property development is built above Suzhou Taiping Depot which has long span. Architectural characteristics, structural characteristics and design methods were introduced, including design of structure with super story dispersion, design and analysis of out-of-code high-rise structure, transfer structure design based on ANSYS block elements, settlement control design considering property development delay and concrete creep, etc. It is illustrated that super pillar frame-shear wall structure system with box-type transfer layer is feasible to this kind of building.
