环境气候实验室混凝土筒体设计

(苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]介绍了国家电器产品质量监督检验中心环境气候实验室混凝土筒体的结构设计,对该类筒体结构的设计要点进行了详细分析。在重力荷载和试验荷载作用下,球壳顶根部的环梁受到较大的拉力,为控制环梁裂缝,抵抗环向拉力,工程中环梁采用了部分预应力技术。针对承受较大荷载的筒体上开有大洞口的情况,进行了应力分析,并依据分析结果,对洞口角部进行了加强。[关键词]混凝土筒体; 预应力环梁; 有限元分析中图分类号:TU378.8 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0073-03Structural design of concrete cylinder of Environment and Climate LaboratoryChen Lei, Zhao Hongkang, Ding Lei(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Structural design of concrete cylinder of Environment and Climate Laboratory in National Electrical Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center was introduced.Detailed analysis of design method of cylinder structure was provided.The gravity load and test load resulted in large tension forces in the ring beam of the shell. Partially prestressed technique is used in the ring beam to control the crack width and resist the circumferential tension forces.
