苏州工业园区公积金大厦超限高层结构设计

(苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]苏州工业园区公积金大厦超限高层的结构设计中,通过对结构方案的合理布置,将两个L形平面联合在一起,使两个以扭转为主振型的结构变为一个以平动为主振型的整体结构,结构的抗震性能得到了根本改善。大开洞楼板平面内应力分析结果显示,楼板平面内应力水平可满足设计要求。开洞双连梁的等效方式和受力性能分析结果表明,双连梁可有效地提高筒体的整体受力性能,兼顾了结构对筒体的延性和刚度要求。[关键词]超限高层; 体型收进; 开洞双连梁中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0069-04Structural design of out-of-code high-rise Provident Fund Building in SIPDeng Chunyan, Zhao Hongkang, Zhang Zhigang, Zhu Yi, Shen Zhenzhen, Liu Xiaochen(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: In structural design of out-of-code high-rise Provident Fund Building in SIP, two L-formed structures are combined through rational structural layout, which transforms torsion modes of two structures into translation mode of one whole structure and improves seismic performance fundamentally. Planar stress analysis of slab with large holes indicates that the slab is safe.
