高层双塔楼弱连体结构分析与设计

(1 同济大学土木工程学院, 上海 200092; 2 苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]以苏州致远国际商务大厦为工程背景,对复杂高层双塔楼弱连体结构进行了整体静力分析、弹性时程分析和静力弹塑性分析,并对弱连体结构本身及其支座进行了分析与研究。研究结果表明,对于高层双塔楼弱连体结构,当连接体结构与主体结构采用滑动连接时,塔楼和连接体可以按单独模型计算;滑动连接的支座滑移量应满足罕遇地震作用下的位移要求;连接体本身应满足舒适度的要求。[关键词]复杂高层; 双塔楼; 弱连体; 滑动支座中图分类号:TU973.1+4,TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0064-05Analysis and design of high-rise twin-tower building with weak connectionLian Haoliang1,2, Zhang Min2, Yuan Xuefen2, Hong Qing’er2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Taking Suzhou Zhiyuan International Business Building as engineering background, static analysis, elastic time-history analysis and static elastic-plastic analysis of high-rise twin-tower building with weak connection were introduced. The weak connection itself and its bearing system were analyzed. Results show that when sliding connection is used between connecting structure and the main structure in high-rise twin-tower building, towers and connecting structure can be calculated by separate models. The slippage of sliding connection should meet displacement requirements under rare earthquake.
