某高层建筑箱形转换层现场实测与分析

(苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]以苏州某工程为实例,通过在转换构件内布设钢筋测力计,现场量测钢筋的应力、应变情况,并对施工全过程进行跟踪;采用ANSYS进行分层加载模拟计算并与实测结果进行对比分析,对有限元分析和设计的安全性、可靠性、正确性进行评价。箱形转换构件的现场实测在国内尚属首例,可为今后类似工程设计提供借鉴,为完善相关设计规范提供部分理论依据。[关键词]高层建筑; 箱形转换; 有限元分析; 现场实测中图分类号:TU317+.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0054-05On-the-spot survey and analysis on a tall building with box transfer storyDai Yaping, Yuan Xuefen, Zhao Hongkang(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: Based on a project of a tall building in Suzhou, the on-the-spot data of stress and deformation was measured by the force cells laid in the transfer element, and the whole construction process was tracked. ANSYS program was used to simulate stratified load, and the results of finite element analysis were compared with the results of experiment. Evaluation on the safety, reliability, accuracy of the finite element analysis and design was done. On-the-spot survey of the tall building with box transfer story is the first case in China.
