苏州科技大厦办公主楼转换钢桁架结构设计

[摘要]苏州科技大厦办公主楼采用了大跨度钢桁架进行上部结构边柱转换。介绍了办公主楼的结构设计特点及采取的相关措施;通过多程序计算分析,详细分析了3~4层转换钢桁架斜杆形式及连接方式、构件应力比及其对周边构件和整体结构的影响,优化了转换钢桁架关键节点构造,同时提出了采用混凝土灌芯处理来保证斜压杆稳定的设计理念;对整体结构进行了弹性时程分析及静力弹塑性分析,分析结果表明,结构满足规范对复杂高层建筑结构的要求,能够确保结构安全。

Structural design of steel transfer truss in main office building of science building in Suzhou

Abstract: Large-span steel truss structure was used for the transformation of upper side columns in the main office building of science building in Suzhou. The structural design features and the relevant measures, which were taken for the main office building, were described. Through multi-program calculation and analysis, detailed analysis of diagonal braces form, the connection method, the member stress ratio of steel transfer truss between floor three and floor four was done, and its effect to surrounding components and the overall structure was given. The key nodes of the steel transfer truss were optimized. The use of concrete filling the core of steel tube was adopted to ensure the stability of oblique strut design. Elastic time-history response analysis and Pushover analysis on the overall structure were done to confirm that it meet the code’s requirements for complex high-rise buildings, and to ensure the structure safety.
