苏州太湖科技产业园研发大楼结构设计

[摘要]苏州太湖科技产业园研发大楼为带异形连接体的复杂高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,重点介绍了连接体的选型、分析和支座构造,对比分析连接体对主体建筑的影响;对部分重要和受力复杂构件进行性能化设计。为了实现通透大办公空间,主楼采用了剪力墙偏置、东西两端布置V形支撑的抗侧力体系,具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design on R&D building of Suzhou Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park

Abstract: R&D building of  Suzhou Taihu Science and Technology Industrial Park is a complex high-rise building with abnormally shaped connecting structure. Project characteristics and structure design were introduced including structural system selection, structural analysis and details of support structure. Effects of connecting structure on the main building were compared. Performance-based design was carried out on some important and complicated components. To achieve transparent large office space in the main building, shear wall was partially set on the north. Lateral resisting system of V-shaped supports was set on the east and west ends, which has well seismic performance.
