扬州体育公园体育场罩篷钢结构设计

(苏州设计研究院股份有限公司, 苏州 215021)[摘要]扬州体育公园体育场罩篷钢结构是一个超大跨度带预应力索拱的复杂结构,介绍了其结构设计和分析结果,包括结构布置、受力特点、拱脚约束的影响、荷载取值、强度分析、变形控制、动力特性和稳定设计等。基于ABAQUS有限元软件的线性屈曲分析和在材料非线性、几何非线性双重非线性下考虑初始缺陷的非线性稳定分析,包括结构的失稳机制、拱脚约束对结构整体稳定性的影响以及部分杆件退出工作情况下的结构整体稳定分析,结果表明结构具有良好的整体稳定性。依据分析结果找到了大跨钢结构设计的控制因素和设计需要注意的内容。[关键词]扬州体育公园; 钢结构; 总装模型; 管桁架; 温度作用; 抗震性能; 非线性稳定分析; 局部失效中图分类号:TU393.3 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)20-0017-09Design of steel roof structure for stadium in Yangzhou Sports ParkZhao Hongkang, Shao Jianzhong, Xie Chao(Suzhou Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Suzhou 215021, China)Abstract: The steel roof structure of stadium in Yangzhou Sports Park is a large span spatial steel arch structure with prestressed cables. Structure design and analysis results were introduced, including structural layouts, load-bearing characteristics, effects of arch constraints, loadings, strength analysis, deformation control, dynamic characteristics and stability analysis, and etc.. Linear buckling analysis and double nonlinear stability analysis (including material nonlinear and geometry nonlinear, considering the initial defects) based on finite element software ABAQUS include the structure instability mechanism, influence of arch foot constraints on overall structure stability and analysis after some components fail.
