［提要］在西安地区，建筑物的计算沉降和实测沉降往往有较大的差异，根据计算值，高层建筑和多层裙房的基础之间必须设置沉降缝。通过对五个基础形式不同的工程实例的实测沉降进行分析和整理，阐述了高层建筑带多层裙房或仅带1～2层地下室时基础地下室连为整体不设沉降缝的可行性和可靠性，可为今后类似地基基础设计提供借鉴。
