方钢管混凝土粘结滑移性能试验研究

[提要]考虑构件长细比、钢管宽厚比两个重要参数,通过9根内灌C60混凝土的F150方钢管混凝土推出构件的试验,研究了方钢管混凝土粘结滑移性能,包括轴压力作用下荷载的传递机理、粘结滑移的分布规律,考察了方钢管混凝土的粘结强度及其荷载滑移曲线的变化规律,探讨了剪切连接件对构件受力后期界面剪力传递的影响。试验结果表明,随构件钢管宽厚比的增大,粘结强度有降低的趋势。剪切连接件的设置对构件受力后期延性和承载力的提高有着显著的效果。

Abstract:According to the pushing out test of 9 specimens with 150mm square tube and high strength 59.7MPa concrete infilled under axial load, the main parameters of  the width to thickness ratio and the slenderness  ratio, the bond-slip behavior between the infilled concrete and the inner surface of the square steel tube in concrete filled square steel tube structures are investigated. The bond strength and the curves of load-slippage are analyzed and the performance of shear connector is discussed. The bond strength of square concrete filled steel tube decreases significantly with increase of width to thickness ratio. Shear connector seems to have a significant influence on curvature ductility and the load capacity.
