砌体结构外套加固设计方法及试点工程

万金国1,2, 陈晗1, 李文峰1, 苗启松1(1 北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司, 北京 100045; 2 清华大学土木工程系, 北京 100084)[摘要]北京市20世纪70年代左右建造的大量砌体结构住宅,大多不符合现行规范对结构抗震的要求。经过大量的试验研究和理论分析,提出了外套结构加固的方法。为指导设计与施工,编制了《北京地区既有建筑外套结构加固技术导则》,对该导则进行了介绍,对设计和计算中需要考虑的重点问题进行了说明,并结合试点工程的加固设计,说明了外套结构加固技术计算和设计的基本过程,供同类结构抗震加固设计时参考。[关键词]外套结构加固技术; 施工过程; 旋进钢桩中图分类号:TU318 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)18-0092-04Design method and pilot project of strengthening masonry buildings with exterior coating structureWan Jinguo1,2, Chen Han1, Li Wenfeng1, Miao Qisong1(1 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100045, China; 2 Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China)Abstract: Lots of masonry residential dwellings, which were built around 1970s in Beijing, can not meet the current codes for seismic design. On the base of extensive experimental research and theoretical analysis, strengthening method with exterior coating structure is proposed. To direct the design and construction, The guidance of strengthening methods with exterior coating structure for existing structures in Beijing is compiled. This guidance was introduced emphasizing on critical issues which need to be considered in the design and calculation.
