PC钢棒预应力混凝土屋面板受力性能试验研究*

方敏华(郑州大学综合设计研究院, 郑州 450002)[摘要]PC钢棒是一种用于预应力混凝土构件的新型中强螺旋肋钢丝,进行了7块采用PC钢棒作为预应力筋的1.5m×6.0m预应力混凝土屋面板受力性能的试验,对其承载力、抗裂和变形性能进行了分析,指出PC钢棒预应力混凝土屋面板受力良好,破坏前有明显预兆;受弯及受剪承载力、抗裂性和挠度等均可按现行规范的相关规定计算,均有较大的安全储备。[关键词]PC钢棒; 预应力屋面板; 承载力; 抗裂性能; 挠度中图分类号:TU378,TU317+.1 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)18-0074-04Experimental study on load bearing behavior of prestressed concrete roof-slabs using PC steel wiresFang Minhua(Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract: PC steel wires are newly middle strength wires with helical rib that can be used in prestressed concrete members. Seven prestressed concrete roof-slabs of 1.5m×6.0m using PC steel wires under loading were tested. The bearing capacity, crack resistance and deflection behavior of the slabs under loading were analyzed. The results show that the prestressed concrete roof-slabs using PC steel wires have good behaviors under loading and can offer obvious warning before failure.
