某复杂高层建筑结构设计

冯铭,杨聪武,曹志丹,谭咏梅(昆钢集团设计院有限公司, 安宁 650302)[摘要]师宗钢铁大厦总高89.7m,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构。其中塔楼为抗侧力构件不连续、竖向体型收进的复杂高层建筑。结构采用抗震性能化设计,对关键部位和薄弱环节进行中震弹性或大震不屈服分析,并采取有针对性的加强措施,确保结构实现“大震不倒”的抗震设防目标。[关键词]复杂高层; 抗震性能化设计; 转换桁架; 竖向体型变化中图分类号:TU973.1+4 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)18-0044-05Structural design of a complex high-rise buildingFeng Ming, Yang Congwu, Cao Zhidan, Tan Yongmei(Kunming Iron & Steel Group Design Institute Co., Ltd., Anning 650302, China)Abstract: Shizong Iron and Steel Building is a building of 89.7m with the structure of steel pipe concrete frame-core wall. The tower consists of discontinuous lateral resistant members and plane size setback along the height. Performance-based seismic design was adopted when critical parts and weak parts were carried out elastic analysis under the moderate earthquake and non-yielding analysis under the rare earthquake.
