无锡云蝠大厦超限高层结构设计

摘要]无锡云蝠大厦地下3层,地上48层,结构高度219.25m,顶部有约30m高的钢构架,总高度248.50m,采用型钢混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构体系,裙房与塔楼之间不设缝,设置2道加强层。采用SATWEMIDAS Building软件进行了小震弹性计算,结果表明:结构的周期比、剪重比、层间位移角等均满足规范要求。选用7条地震波对结构进行了弹性动力时程分析、楼板舒适度验算和罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析,针对超限情况给出详细措施并采用桩端后注浆工艺减少结构的差异沉降量。

Structural design of out-of-code super high-rise building of Yunfu Mansion in Wuxi

Abstract: Yunfu Mansion in Wuxi, which is totally 248.50m high with a 30m high steel frame on the top, consists of three levels of basements and 48 stories above grade. The structure, which has the height of 219.25m, adopts steel reinforced concrete frame-RC core wall system. No seismic joints are set between the tower and the podium, while two strengthened-storeys with outriggers and belt trusses are set. Elastic analysis was carried out under frequent earthquake using programs as SATWE and MIDAS Building. Results show that the parameters of period ratio, shear-weight ratio and the interlayer displacement angle satisfy the requirements of the codes. Elastic time-history analysis was carried out using seven seismic waves, as well as the analysis of floor comfort degree and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake. Detailed measures had been provided aimed at the out-of-code factors and post grouting measures in cast-in-situ piles construction were carried out to reduce the differential settlement.
