型钢混凝土梁式托墙转换层设计中的问题及应用

(1 西安建筑科技大学土木工程学院7100552 中国建筑西北设计研究院,西安710003)[提要]从工程实例和理论分析入手,对型钢混凝土托墙,托柱转换梁的受力特点、截面设计方法、整体计算软件及其相关参数的选取等进行了细致的分析。以一幢32层托墙转换梁结构为研究对象,采用中国建筑科学研究院编制的SATWE软件(多层及高层建筑结构空间有限元分析与设计软件)对型钢混凝土转换梁进行设计,分析了转换梁弯矩与跨高比关系、转换梁剪力与跨高比的关系。给出了型钢混凝土转换梁的构造要求和设计建议,可供工程设计时参考使用。[关键词]型钢混凝土;梁式转换层;高层建筑Analysis and Design of Steel Reinforced Concrete Bearing Wall Girder Transfer Floor/Wu Jianbin1,Zhao Hongtie1,Xue Jianyang1,Wang Xiaoyu2,Chen Mengrong2(1 College of Civil Engineering,Xi"an Univ.of Arch.& Tech.,Xi"an 710055,China; 2 China Northwest Building Design and Research Institute,Xi"an 710003,China)Abstract:Based on the engineering experiences and theoretical analysis,the mechanical behaviors,design of the section,choice of the calculating programs,and the related parameters of the wall bearing and column bearing SRC transfer beam are presented.On the basis of the study of a 32 story wall bearing transfer beam building,the transfer beams are designed by SATWE program.The relationships between the bending moment,shear force and the span depth ratio are discussed.The detailing requirements and the related proposals of SRC transfer beam are given for the guidance of engineering design and practical application.Keywords:steel reinforced concrete; girder transfer floor; high-rise building
