福州三迪·联邦大厦超高层结构抗震设计

施宇,郑宇,朱兴刚,金灿国,孟霞,王建华(北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]福州三迪·联邦大厦高218m,为钢管混凝土柱+钢筋混凝土梁+钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构。重点介绍了结构布置、抗震设防性能目标、计算分析等。通过静力弹塑性分析和动力弹塑性时程分析等计算手段,找出结构的薄弱环节,并采取相应的抗震措施予以加强。在中震验算和弹塑性验算中,均发现核心筒局部墙体承载力不够,设计中在核心筒局部位置加设了钢板剪力墙。[关键词]超高层建筑; 混合结构; 抗震性能设计; 动力弹塑性时程分析; 钢板剪力墙中图分类号:TU973.18 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-848X(2013)17-0096-05Aseismic design and research of super high-rise structure of Fuzhou Sandi·Federal MansionShi Yu, Zheng Yu, Zhu Xinggang, Jin Canguo, Meng Xia, Wang Jianhua(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: Fuzhou Sandi·Federal Mansion is 218m in height. It is a mixed structure, which consists of concrete-filled steel tube column,reinforced beam and reinforced core tube. It is especially focused on the structural arrangement, anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis. The weak position of structure was found out by pushover analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, and the corresponding strengthening measures were adopted on the position.
