深圳湾体育中心钢结构关键节点设计

[摘要]由于整体结构的复杂性,深圳湾体育中心钢结构的节点类型多达十几种,如网壳节点、网壳落地节点、树形柱柱脚节点、树形柱分叉节点、树形柱分枝与网壳连接节点等,其中树形柱分叉处的弯管节点更是工程的独创。对于一些关键节点,由于汇交杆件较多,构件之间的空间关系复杂,节点受力较大,导致节点设计难度很大。介绍了结构中的主要节点类型,讨论了节点设计的强度和刚度准则;采用壳体和实体单元,对结构中的关键和复杂节点进行了三维有限元分析,基于参数化模型,对节点的构造设计和传力模式进行了研究和优化。

Design of key joints in steel structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Abstract: As the complexity of overall structure, there are many different steel structure joints in Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, such as latticed shell node, shell landing node, dendriform column foot node and furcation node, joint between tree-column branch and latticed shell, etc. The dendriform column furcation node with curved tubes was an original innovation of this project. For some key nodes, the detail design was difficult due to intersection of several members, complex spatial relationships between them and large nodal forces. Several main joint types are presented, and design criteria about strength and stiffness in joint design is discussed. By using shell or solid elements, three-dimensional finite element analysis was carried out for some key and complex joints. Based on parametric models, detail design and force transmission mode of the joints were optimized.
