深圳湾体育中心钢结构方案设计

[摘要]作为第26届世界大学生运动会的开幕式体育场,深圳湾体育中心在设计之初,便因其方案的新颖奇特,备受关注。体育中心屋盖部分采用了“建筑结构一体化”的设计手法以及“一场两馆一体化”的设计理念,建筑的复杂曲面造型和紧凑化的设计决定了结构的复杂性。体育中心钢结构屋盖为超大跨度空间结构,平面尺度约530m×240m,由单层网壳、双层曲面网架及竖向支撑系统构成。单层网壳为复杂的空间曲面网格结构,采用箱形弯扭构件编织而成的四边形网格构成。竖向支撑系统包括支撑网壳的31棵树形柱、支撑网架的V形柱、观景桥立柱和下沉广场西立面幕墙柱。介绍了钢结构屋盖的结构体系组成特点,回顾了屋盖钢结构方案设计的全过程。

Schematic design of steel structure for Shenzhen Bay Sports Center

Abstract: As the opening ceremony site of 26th universiade, Shenzhen Bay Sports Center attracts much attention from the beginning of design, because of its novel scheme. The sports center roof is designed by using the concepts of "integration of archirecture and structure" and "integration of stadium, gymnasium and natatorium", which made a compact design. And the complex roof surface results in the difficulties of structural design. As a super-long span spatial structure, the steel roof structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is composed of single-layer latticed shell, two space grid structures and vertical support system. The single-layer latticed shell is a complex spatial surface, which meshed by quadrilateral grids with crooked-torsional box-section members. Vertical support system includes 31 dentritic columns, V-shaped columns, columns of bridge pier and latticed columns of west curtain wall. An introduction is given for the structural system of steel roof and its special features, and the entire process of scheme design is also reviewed.
