绍兴体育场开合结构屋盖设计研究

[摘要]绍兴体育场开合屋盖结构包括固定屋盖、活动屋盖及屋盖驱动与控制系统三个关键组成部分,对其在恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载和温度与地震作用下的性能进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,固定屋盖须有较大的刚度才不至于产生过大变形,以保证活动屋盖能够行走顺畅。活动屋盖应严格控制自身的重量,并选用对边界条件较不敏感的结构体系。固定屋盖支撑轨道的桁架、连接固定屋盖与活动屋盖的行走台车等连接件应提高抗震标准。

Design on the retractable structure roof of Shaoxing Stadium

Abstract: The retractable roof of Shaoxing Stadium includes three key components, namely fixed roof, movable roof and drive and control system. The performance of structure is analyzed under loads, thermal and seismic action. The research indicates that the fixed roof should have enough rigidity to avoid excessive deflection and to ensure the movable roof moving smoothly, that the movable roof should control its weight strictly and be selected with structural system which insensitive to boundary condition, and that some connection such as the truss in fixed roof supporting track and the walking trolley between movable roof and fixed roof should be improved in seismic standards.
